Terms of Business

Confirmation by Client

Processing of your trophies will only start once you have confirmed your request with us. Your confirmation can be done by e-mail.

Billing

Once all trophies have been processed, a quote will be sent to the client, itemizing all work, crating, documentation and shipping fees. Payments can be made by Electronic Transfer / SWIFT Payment / Wire Transfer directly into our account - banking details will be provided on your invoice. Please use your name or job number as reference; we will notify you immediately upon receipt of transfer. Our U.S. clients are able to mail a check to our banker in the U.S.

Correspondence with Client

The client is regularly kept up to date regarding the progress of their trophies via e-mail. Should the hunter have worked or booked through an agent, the agent is also copied in on all correspondence, so that all parties concerned stay constantly informed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in our prices. Game trophies can be shipped either by ocean or air freight, and quotes on either method will be submitted on request. Cost is calculated once trophies have been crated, and shipping costs are then added to the trophy prep invoice so that all costs on the South African side can be covered with one payment.
